Margaret is a graduate of the University of Guelph and has a studio in her home in Guelph.  She is a founding member of the Chimera Gallery (April 1976), the Phoenix Artists Co-op (July 1978), past President (1981, 1988, 1991, 2003-2005) of the Guelph Creative Arts Association, Member of Central Ontario Art Association, The Print and Drawing Council of Canada and Visual Arts Ontario.  In October 1990, she was accepted into the Society of Canadian Artists in May 1991 and was a member of the “Guelph Artisans” from April 1992 to 2008.
